9001 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the legally binding rules and conditions governing use of the 9001 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 9001 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 9001 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
The 9001 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to use these services in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 9001 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The name on your account must match the name on the bank account used for deposits and withdrawals. Any discrepancy may result in delayed or rejected transactions.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 9001 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, unless it is proven to have resulted from negligence on the part of the platform. 9001 is not liable for losses arising from a user's own disclosure of their password.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a 9001 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, and not for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Do not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform's technical systems in any way.
- Do not spread false, misleading, or damaging information about the 9001 platform or its other users.
- Do not use another person's account or allow others to use yours.
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations while using the platform.
- Do not take any action that conflicts with the terms of any active bonus or promotional offer.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of winnings and balances associated with the offending activity, and legal action where applicable.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the 9001 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Accepted payment methods include TNG eWallet, online banking via FPX, and direct bank transfer.
Deposits are credited to your account once confirmation is received from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — TNG and FPX deposits are typically processed within minutes, while direct bank transfers may take longer.
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account held in the same name as the platform account. 9001 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request to ensure transaction security. Withdrawal requests that do not meet verification requirements may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to separate terms of use specified at the time the offer is activated. Bonus credits must meet the stipulated wagering (rollover) requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. 9001 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through unauthorised means or in violation of the terms of use.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
9001 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses caused by technical disruptions, system failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. 9001 will endeavour to minimise such disruptions and notify users when necessary.
All bets and games conducted on the platform are at the user's own risk. The platform bears no responsibility for the outcomes of any bets or games placed by users.
Account Suspension & Closure
9001 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to suspect any of the following:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the platform's systems
- Creating multiple accounts by the same individual
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Activities related to money laundering
- Account use by an individual under the age of 18
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance associated with the violating activity may be forfeited. Users may contact [email protected] to appeal against an account closure decision.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9001 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the property of the platform and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from 9001.
Third-Party Links
The 9001 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 9001 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked third-party websites or services. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk and discretion.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
9001 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest updates.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the platform will be resolved through the process established by the platform, subject to applicable law.
